Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

No-Shows

No-shows hurt small businesses. Clients who do not show up will be charged in full and must prepay before rebooking another session.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled — and may be subject to a rebooking fee.

New & Returning Clients

All bookings are made online. A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. New clients may be asked to submit inspiration photos and current hair images to ensure proper timing and service selection.
